Cultural Travels Concierge ("Cultural Travels", "we", "our", or "us"), having our registered corporate headquarters at 54 Deep Vihar, Dayalbagh, Agra, 282005 (Uttar Pradesh), was founded on a singular core principle: absolute honesty and client respect.
Unlike commercial booking portals and lead aggregators who monetize user databases, we observe a strict, legally binding anti-spam commitment:
- Zero Commercial Sale or Leasing: We NEVER sell, rent, broker, share, or syndicate your mobile numbers, WhatsApp handles, or email addresses with external telemarketing call centers, credit card issuers, loan brokers, or advertising networks.
- Direct 1-on-1 Concierge Communication: All conversations are routed directly between you and your assigned Personal Travel Concierge. We do not blast generic spam messages or irrelevant promotional notifications.
- No Robocalls or Unsolicited Marketing: We only contact you when you initiate an enquiry on our platform or during active on-trip itinerary coordination.
2. Information We Collect (And Why)
To design, negotiate, and execute tailored vacation experiences across India, we collect only necessary logistical and preference details:
- Primary Contact Data: Lead traveler's full name, active WhatsApp number (+91), secondary calling number, and official email ID to transmit day-wise itinerary PDF proposals and voucher confirmations.
- Trip Parameters & Preferences: Desired travel dates, origin departure city, selected destinations (e.g. Kashmir, Goa, Kerala, Himachal, Andaman, Lakshadweep), traveler counts (adults, children, senior citizens), dietary preferences (Pure Veg, Jain food), and stay preferences (private pool villas, heritage havelis, luxury houseboats).
- Government Identification Proofs (Strictly When Required): Aadhaar card, Voter ID, Driving License, or Passport copies are requested only when required by Indian law or transit operators for:
- Issuing confirmed domestic Airline PNR tickets in the traveler's legal name.
- IRCTC / Tatkal train reservation quota bookings.
- Restricted ecology permits (such as Lakshadweep e-Permits, Andaman Forest entry passes, or Rohtang Pass mountain permits).
3. Direct-Vendor Name Billing Transparency
You receive original, raw vendor tax invoices showing exact room tariffs with zero agency markup applied to supplier costs.
4. Data Security, 256-Bit SSL & Post-Trip ID Purging
We employ bank-grade security protocols to protect your personal information against unauthorized disclosure:

- Automated Post-Trip ID Purging: Once your journey concludes and all permit verifications are finalized, government ID scans uploaded for transit permits are permanently deleted from our active cloud staging servers.
- Zero Stored Payment Credentials: We never store debit or credit card CVVs or net banking passwords. Flat concierge fee payments are completed via direct UPI or certified RBI-compliant gateways.

We share only essential booking parameters strictly with certified principal service providers executing your trip:
- Direct airline reservation engines and IRCTC railway booking systems.
- Vetted hotel, villa, and houseboat managers for room allocation.
- Certified commercial chauffeurs and private cab fleet operators for airport pickups and intercity transfers.
