- 100% Direct Vendor Rates: All hotel rooms, luxury houseboats, private cabs, adventure activity slots, and train/flight tickets are secured at actual vendor cost.
- Raw Bills & Invoices Shown: You see unedited, original bills from hotels and cab operators. We never conceal supplier rates or pocket secret kickbacks.
- Single Flat Concierge Fee: We charge a single, transparent flat fee per group/trip for our time, custom route architecture, vendor negotiation, chauffeur vetting, and 24/7 on-trip concierge coverage.

3. Scope of Concierge Responsibilities
Your single flat concierge fee entitles you to comprehensive trip management services:
- Curated Stays: Handpicking and negotiating vetted boutique hotels, heritage havelis, luxury pool villas, or certified river chalets matching your exact taste.
- Vetted Private Chauffeurs: Securing reliable, non-smoking drivers with valid commercial licenses, well-maintained vehicles (Innova Crysta, Ertiga, Dzire, Tempo Traveller), and proven hill/mountain driving track records.
- Transit & Permit Coordination: Assisting with train tracking, Tatkal coordination, and regional permit compliance (e.g. Lakshadweep, Rohtang, Gurez, Sikkim).
- 24/7 Dedicated On-Trip WhatsApp Support: Continuous live liaison throughout your journey to resolve hotel room discrepancies, cab timing adjustments, or dining reservations.
4. Direct-Vendor Invoicing & Payment Flow
All direct hotel bookings, flight tickets, and cab advances are booked directly in your primary traveler name. Payment for direct vendor components may either be remitted directly to the vendor's corporate account or routed transparently through Cultural Travels, with immediate issuance of original tax receipts.
5. Traveler Responsibilities
To ensure flawless trip execution, travelers agree to:
- Provide accurate passenger names matching government photo identity proofs (Aadhaar, Passport, Voter ID).
- Adhere to standard hotel check-in/check-out timings and reporting schedules for flights, trains, and ferries.
- Comply with local environmental and cultural regulations, including single-use plastic bans (in Himachal, Lakshadweep, Sikkim) and sacred shrine dress codes.
6. Force Majeure & Emergency Contingencies
Unforeseen environmental occurrences such as sudden snowfall pass closures (e.g., Rohtang or Gulmarg Apharwat), landslides, heavy rains, high sea ferry restrictions, or civil unrest are acts of nature. In such events:
- Your concierge activates emergency contingency protocols immediately.
- We liaise directly with local properties and cab operators to negotiate date adjustments, route diversions, or refund waivers.
- Any price differentials arising from alternate accommodation are passed at raw, direct vendor cost.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute or controversy arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Agra, Uttar Pradesh.
